- With original tags and packaging
- Along with the bill or proof of purchase

Damages and Wrong Items
Please check your order as soon as you get it. If the product is broken, damaged, or not the one you ordered, contact us immediately. We will solve the problem for you.

Some products cannot be returned, like custom-made or personalized items, Items without original packaging/tags. If you are not sure about your product, please contact us and ask.
Exchanges
If you want a different product, the fastest way is to return your item first. Once we accept the return, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
When we receive and check your return, we will tell you if your refund is approved. If approved, we will send the money back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card company may take extra time to show the refund.
